A little about me
- Born and bred in Bristol.
- University in Bournemouth.
- 10 years as a PT and nutritionist in London.
- My wife convinced me to move to Cornwall in 2022 and immediately began trail running.
- Currently live in a small village called Angarrack, near Hayle, with my wife a 1 year old son
My trail running experience
- After moving Cornwall, I immediately fell in love with the South West coastal path and trail running became a significant part of my life.
- I regularly compete in trail running events across Cornwall and Devon
- My preferred distance to compete is anywhere between 15-35k.
- I've clock up hundreds of miles on the coastal path, both in pitch black darkness and in the height of summer.
- I am competitive and run to win.
